Create Rendition for SharePoint Online Installation

Once you have completed the installation of PrizmDoc for Office 365 and a tenant administrator has completed the configuration step to associate your Accusoft Services key with your Office 365 tenant ID, you may optionally install Create Rendition for SharePoint Online.

Create Rendition for SharePoint Online is an App for SharePoint. To install it, a SharePoint administrator must upload the app package to the app catalog for the SharePoint tenant, and then site administrators in the SharePoint tenant can install the app to their site.

These initial steps must be completed by a SharePoint Online (tenant) administrator.

Download the zipped Create Rendition app package (https://office.accusoft.com/viewer/account/configure)
Extract the zip to get the app package Accusoft.SharePoint.CreateRendition<version>.app
Navigate to the Office 365 Admin portal (https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx).
Select the menu item ADMIN > SharePoint to open the SharePoint admin center for your tenant.
On the main left navigation, select menu item apps.
If you have not created an app catalog for your tenant you will need to do so now. Use this guide to Set up an add-in catalog on Office 365.
If an app catalog is created, then select the menu item App Catalog.
Open the SharePoint app catalog by clicking Distribute apps for SharePoint.
Use the Upload button or drag and drop to upload the Create Rendition app package to your catalog.

After the app is in the app catalog, it is ready to be installed on any chosen SharePoint site. This can be done with the following steps below.

The following steps can be completed by a SharePoint site administrator.

Navigate to the SharePoint site where you wish to install CreateRendition for SharePoint Online.
Click Settings > Add an App.
Select Create Rendition for SharePoint Online.
Click Trust It to complete the consent dialog to trust the app and office.accusoft.com.

Note that custom actions installed by this app will redirect users to office.accusoft.com. The servers at office.accusoft.com will have the ability to read and write files in SharePoint on your user’s behalf. The application cannot act with greater permissions than the end user that is using the app.
